Easily connect your 2D Workflow account to Waldo

This step-by-step guide is designed to assist you in seamlessly transitioning your account to take advantage of our latest features, including a special 20% rebate offer. Please follow the instructions below carefully.

Step 1: Deleting Your Existing Account

To initiate the integration process, you'll first need to delete your current account. This is a necessary step to ensure that your new account can be set up properly.

1. Initiate Account Deletion: Send an email to 2D Workflow Support Team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

2. Email Content: In the body of your email, please include your account details (such as your email address associated with the account) and a brief statement confirming your request to delete your account so you can have the ability to invite multiple Prep Centers.

3. Confirmation: Wait for a confirmation email from the support team acknowledging that your account has been successfully deleted. This process may take up to 48 hours.

Step 2: Signing Up for a New Account with a 20% Rebate

1. Visit the Sign-Up Page: Go to www.2dworkflow.com/vip30?fpr=waldo
to access the new account sign-up page (using this link is required for the 20% Rebate)

2. Complete the Sign-Up Process: Fill in the required information to create your new account. Make sure to verify your email address if prompted to do so.

3. Rebate Activation: Upon successful account creation, the 20% rebate will automatically be applied to your Waldo Account (not your 2D Workflow Account). This rebate can be used towards future purchases.

Step 3: Updating Your Company Profile

To complete the integration process, you'll need to update your company profile with your new credentials.

1. Access Your Company Profile: Log in to your Waldo account and navigate to the "Company Profile" page.

2. Input Credentials: In the company profile, enter your new account credentials at the bottom under "2D Workflow Credentials".

3. Save Changes: Make sure to save your changes to ensure that we can get to work!
