Streamline your returns with Waldo and save time.

This step-by-step guide will assist you in updating your return address on Amazon Seller Central. Please follow the instructions below carefully, as you need to update the address in four separate places.

Step 1: Signing in to Your Account

1. Access Amazon Seller Central: Sign in to your Amazon Seller Central account using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigating to Settings

1. Open Settings: From the top menu, click on “Settings.”

2. Select Fulfillment by Amazon: From the left menu, click on “Fulfillment by Amazon.”

Step 3: Updating Your "Automated Unfulfillable Settings"

1. Locate Automated Unfulfillable Settings: Next to the “Automated Unfulfillable Settings” section, click on the “Edit” button.

2. Locate your Waldo Return Address: Go to the "Returns" page on your Waldo account and select "View Shipping Address."

2. Edit Address: Update the return address with your new information from your Waldo "Returns" page.

3. Save Changes: Click on “Update” to confirm your changes.

Step 4: Updating Your "Automated Fulfillable Settings"

1. Locate Automated Fulfillable Settings: Next to the “Automated Fulfillable Settings” section, click on the “Edit” button.

2. Locate your Waldo Return Address: Go to the "Returns" page on your Waldo account and select "View Shipping Address."

2. Edit Address: Update the return address with your new information from your Waldo "Returns" page.

3. Save Changes: Click on “Update” to confirm your changes.

Step 5: Navigating back to Settings

1. Open Settings: From the top menu, click on “Settings.”

2. Select Return Settings: From the left menu, click on “Return Settings.”

Step 6: Updating Your "Return Settings"

1. Open Manage Return Addresses: Click on "Manage Return Addresses."

2. Manage Your Return Address: Next to “Do you have more than one return address,” select "Manage your return addresses."

3. Locate your Waldo Return Address: Go to the "Returns" page on your Waldo account and select "View Shipping Address."

4. Select Make My Default Address: Set the new address as the default address

5. Add Address: Click "Add Address" to save the new return address.

6. Confirm Default Address: Ensure the USA address is selected as the default address.

Step 7: Updating Your "Stranded Inventory Settings"

1. Go to Inventory: Navigate to the "Inventory" menu and select "FBA Inventory."

2. Stranded Inventory: From the "Inventory" page, go to "Stranded Inventory."

3. Edit Automatic Action Setting: Click "Edit automatic action setting and review or edit the automatic removal settings."

4. Select "Edit Address"

5. Locate your Waldo Return Address: Go to the "Returns" page on your Waldo account and select "View Shipping Address."

6. Input Your Waldo Return Address: Update the address fields.

7. Save Changes: Click "Save and Finish" to finalize the new address.
